ABOUT ERIN DUFFY KRUSS
Erin Duffy Kruss approaches real estate with a strategic, measured perspective shaped by nearly a decade of experience and more than $135 million in career sales across Rochester and the Finger Lakes. Known for her calm, thoughtful presence and strong command of local market dynamics, Erin works with clients who value preparation, clarity, and sound decision-making.
Her background in relocation has deeply influenced the way she advises both buyers and sellers, with a focus on the full picture—not just the transaction. Erin understands that a move often represents a meaningful transition, and she is trusted for her ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and guide decisions with confidence and care.
Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all process, Erin’s approach is highly personalized and data-informed. She is meticulous in her preparation, candid in her feedback, and intentional in how each home is positioned. From pricing and presentation to timing and negotiation, clients value her ability to balance strong advocacy with a steady, level-headed approach.
While Erin has consistently been recognized as a top-performing agent, what matters most to her is the long-term relationship — being someone her clients return to, refer, and rely on as their lives evolve.
Outside of real estate, Erin draws inspiration close to home—refining her own spaces, exploring Rochester’s parks and restaurants with her husband Dave and their three children, and spending time at Keuka Lake. That appreciation for lifestyle, livability, and sense of place naturally informs the way she helps clients find not just a home, but the right fit for where they are now and where they’re headed next.

I’ve been drawn to real estate for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my mom and I loved going on holiday home tours and stopping by open houses just for fun. In high school, I had the opportunity to shadow a local realtor to see what the job was really like—and I loved it. After college when I lived in Chicago, I worked in commercial real estate helping Starbucks with site selection in top downtown and suburban retail markets, however residential real estate has always been where my heart is. When I moved back home to Rochester, I knew it was time to go all in—and I haven’t looked back since.

Trust the process, but also be prepared and proactive. In this market, the best opportunities come and go quickly. It’s important to be ready to act when the right home comes along or when the perfect buyer makes an offer. With that said, don’t settle—buying or selling a home is a big decision, and the right one will always feel like a good fit. My job is to guide you through every step, making sure you’re informed, confident with your decision, and getting you the best possible outcome.

Rochester will always be home to me. I love that we get to experience all four seasons—especially the beautiful fall—and that everything is just a short drive away, making life so much easier. The city has an incredible mix of local restaurants, shops, and outdoor spaces, and being so close to the Finger Lakes means summer weekends on the water are always an option. It’s the perfect blend of city convenience, a strong sense of community, and access to nature, and I couldn’t imagine raising my family anywhere else.

My perfect Saturday starts with a vanilla latte from Village Bakery and a walk along the canal with my family. From there, it’s either a relaxing afternoon by the pool or a trip to Keuka Lake for a day on the boat. If we’re staying local, my husband and I love grabbing a drink at Vern’s before dinner at REDD—the perfect way to end the day!
